Port Picton Homes takes projects through all the stages of construction: land acquisition, zoning, permitting, design process, marketing, all phases of home construction.  Our full design/build service makes it possible to offer beautifully designed projects that are realistically budgeted.  This means a big savings of time and money for you.  We are indeed "one stop shopping"!    We recognize that every job is indeed custom therefore requires diligent planning. We employ mostly our own tradespeople.  This is a great advantage with regard to scheduling and finishing on time. 

Our head office is in Picton, Ontario, Prince Edward County.  Picton's a town steeped in Loyalist history with a famous cast of characters who have lived here over the years, and many who still do so today! Port Picton Homes is owned and operated by David & Nancy Cleave.  We employ approximately 50 people and have over two decades of experience in the building industry.  Our affiliated companies have expertise in design, construction technology, residential and commercial building, property management, retail home improvement and historic buildings renovation. 

Port Picton Homes is planning to improve the face of the property market with its plan to expand our existing Macaulay Village Community with a further 200+ new homes.      Ask about our Rent to Own program.
